Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956 in London, is a British and Canadian actress. She is most famous for her role as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. For this role she won the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for Best Female Supporting Actor. She reprised her role as the lead for The Sex and the City (2008 as well as Sex and the City 2) (2010) films. Also, she is known for her roles as a leading actress in the 1980s films Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO television sitcom Sex & the City is one of the most memorable. Cattrall has made a name for herself as an actress.
